Warranty Registration
The warranty is valid from the date you purchased your product.
To process a warranty claim, please prepare the following information:
- Valid proof of purchase, including the purchase channel, order number, and shipping tracking number (if available)
- The order confirmation email that clearly shows the product description, purchase price, and sales channel
To verify your warranty, please also provide:
- The product serial number (located on the bottom or product label)
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue (if requesting warranty service)
