Can it be used as a starting battery?
No, our batteries are deep-cycle batteries designed to provide stable, long-term current output, and they come with a built-in BMS. They cannot deliver high current in a short time.
Shipping
Where is my order shipped from?
We have warehouses in CA and GA, and shipments will be arranged from these two locations.
Which areas are included in the delivery coverage?
We currently offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
How long will it take to get my order?
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship from local warehouses, and delivery usually takes 3-7 days after placing the order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers（FedEx/USPS/Amazon Logistics）, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
I purchased two items, why did I only receive one package? Where is my other stuff?
Orders containing multiple products will be shipped separately. If your order has not arrived after a long period, please contact us.
Returns
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Do you provide free return labels?
If you want to return an item because of personal reasons (such as unsuitable size), we usually do not cover the cost of the return, but if the item has quality problems, please contact our customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Do you charge sales tax?
