Will the battery and charger arrive together?
The battery and charger are shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Both packages ship free of charge, and no additional shipping fees will be added.
Since they may arrive on different days, please do not worry if one package is delivered before the other.
Is this battery compatible with a 72V golf cart?
No. This battery is designed for 36V golf carts and is not compatible with 72V systems. Two of these 36V batteries cannot be connected in series to create a 72V system. Doing so may trigger BMS protection, cause unstable performance, or damage the batteries and connected equipment.
For a 72V golf cart, please use a battery specifically designed for a 72V system. Contact our support team before ordering if you need help confirming compatibility.
